Every role, every rank
Tank, DPS and support coaching, from Bronze and Silver up through Diamond, Master, Grandmaster and Champion.

Overwatch coaching FAQ
What is Overwatch replay coaching?
You submit an Overwatch 2 replay — a recording of your competitive game — and a verified Grandmaster or Champion coach watches it and writes feedback pinned to specific moments: what went wrong, why, and what to do instead.
How do I submit a replay?
Record your Overwatch 2 game and upload the video on the request page. Tell the coach your hero, role and current rank, add a note about what you want reviewed, and the request goes into the coach queue.
Who are the coaches?
Every overspec coach is a hand-picked Grandmaster or Champion player. Coaching is invitation-only — there is no open sign-up — and each coach is verified by an admin before taking any request.
How much does Overwatch coaching cost?
Requests are paid with coins you charge in advance. The cost scales with the length of the replay you upload, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm the request.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. As long as no coach has picked up your request you can cancel it and every coin is returned in full. Requests nobody claims expire automatically and refund themselves.
When do I get my feedback?
A coach claims your request from the queue and writes the review; the report lands in your account once they submit it. Requests that go unclaimed expire and refund rather than sitting forever.
Which roles and ranks do you cover?
Tank, DPS and support, at every competitive rank from Bronze through Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master, Grandmaster and Champion. Coaches pick up requests in the tier areas they are verified for.
Is overspec available in English and Korean?
Yes. The whole site is available in English and Korean, and coach feedback is translated both ways, so Korean coaches can review North American players' replays and vice versa.
